breakfast: 12oz can sugar free fruit cocktail, 2slice toast w butter

dinner: 1/2 cuc salad, 1cp rice, 5oz rare steak

snack: 1cp rice, 5oz pork

Sugars: Breakfast - 257 Dinner - 252
